Agricultural Law

For more than 40 years, our firm has represented clients in the global and domestic agricultural industry including farmers, buying brokers, selling brokers, truck brokers and trucking companies. Further, our firm has represented clients before the Commissioner of Agriculture of the State of Florida, and before the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States of America under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act of 1930. This firm has both represented Complainants and Defendants in reparations proceedings including licensing and P.A.C.A. Audits. These representations include presently representing clients in the lower 48 states including California, Arizona, Texas, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida, as well as representing clients in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Chile, Peru and Brazil. Through correspondent attorneys in these countries, and by travel to out of the country venues, we were able to provide growers and marketers in this vast area of international agricultural commerce, the highest level of service with actual "boots on the grounds." Being admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, and before the Federal Courts in the State of Florida, this firm can provide a wide range of services for those growers, buyers, shippers and retailers across the US, Central and South America. Our motto: "24/7/365 have passport will travel".
